Learn more about:
Prana underlies everything. It is essential that yoga teachers and ayurvedic practitioners have a deep knowledge of prana in order to create transformation.
Energy first. Everything else falls into place.
We all feel energy. We all know that yoga is a powerful tool for transforming our energy, and we have first hand experience of this transformation.
What I want to share with you is how to transform with purpose. Ayurveda teaches a very deep level of awareness of the 5 major pranas, and how to work with them for ourselves and our students.
Seeing with your own eyes the expression of energy in your students is a level of teaching that must be studied, practiced, and held in the highest regard.
